Identification of the project scope

This is where we work with you to gain deep insight into your product idea and underlying business value - we believe there is nothing more essential than understanding your vision and context. This allows us to provide you with a customized proposal for the project. If we feel a need for a more detailed discussion, we may suggest a discovery workshop or scoping meetings.

Project Kickoff

A successful project kickoff means that the entire project team has collectively zeroed in on the users' context, needs, and expectations and we are ready to begin design and development.

Proof of Concept

For selected projects, depending on your needs, we suggest first performing a proof of concept to develop the prototype for your solution. We use various approaches for this, including design sprints. After this phase, the project is ready to move into the desired design and development phase.

Design & Development

In this phase, we start working on your ideas. We can assist you with software development, DevOps, QA, and process and business rule design, but we leave it up to you to decide which elements you need.

For software development, we use elements of Scrum to make our work efficient, predictable, and valuable and give you transparency about work progress.

Maintenance & Support

After your product goes live, we provide ongoing support and help you evolve the project based on your ideas and user input.

We plan the work in intervals, the so-called sprints. In the process, we work closely with you to plan which features to include in development and how to implement them. We strive to add measurable value to your business in every sprint.
